  Q. How many wheels can be constructed with Lotto Designer? 
      
  A. Unlimited wheels can be constructed since LottoDesigner has parameters
     that no other software can handle.
     Also, since you can specify your own constraints, the possibilities 
     are endless.
      
      
  Q. How good are the wheels constructed with LottoDesigner?
      
  A. First of all you can identify the quality of each existing wheel with
     the UWR number. The smaller this number is the better the construction.
     
     
  Q. How to Stop LottoDesignerXL?
  
  A. You can Stop the program any time by pressing the "X" button provided
  
  
  Q. I have MS Excel 97 but I get errors when I run the program?
  
  A. You have to open the program with the "read-only" option.
     It is recommended that users with older versions use the workbook read-only 
     (read-only: A setting that allows a file be read or copied, but 
     not changed or saved.). 
     If the workbook is saved in the earlier version of Microsoft Excel,
     features and formatting unique to the current version will be lost.
